Installation and service

Flexmatic offers the installation of production equipment, production lines and manufacturing systems, as well as the relocation of equipment for current customers. Our knowledgeable staff work nationally and internationally.

Installation

To reduce installation costs as much as possible, we manufacture as much as we can in our own workshop – potentially as units – and we make delivery of complete units, with control cabinets and electricity connected to components.

Our fitters are familiar with installation within the food industry.
All fitters are certified in the installation and welding of stainless steel pipes according to DS/EN287-1.

Flexmatic has equipment for orbital welding, in case that is a requirement for installation. It is essential that all pipes can be cleaned and that handles and visual components are suitably placed.

Service

Service is a vital factor today, as downtime is costly, so Flexmatic can provide service, either over the phone as support or by fixing errors on machines on-site, 24/7.

We will perform our service obligations on time, we proactively seek to anticipate obstacles to our customers’ and our own success, and we communicate in open, honest and constructive dialogue.

We respond quickly to changes in customers’ requirements for service, and we utilise new technology for the benefit of our customers.
